A nourishing, home-style bowl that fuels the game.

Inspired by classic Latin flavors, this bowl brings together lean chicken, fiber-rich brown rice, and heart-healthy avocado. It's perfect for lunch before a match or as a recovery meal after training.



Ingredientes:

  • 1 cup cooked brown rice

  • 1 chicken breast (200g), cubed

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • ½ tsp ground cumin

  • ½ cup cooked black beans

  • ½ cup roasted bell pepper strips

  • ½ avocado, sliced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh cilantro (optional)

Cook Time: 30 minutes

Preparation


Step 1

Marinate chicken with garlic, lime juice, cumin, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.


Step 2

Cook in a pan with olive oil until golden and fully cooked.


Step 3

Assemble the bowl with rice, chicken, black beans, peppers, and avocado.


Step 4

Top with fresh cilantro if desired.
